We are aware of a recent issue where fraudulent emails, appearing to be sent from 1-Grid, are being distributed to some of our clients. These emails are not send from us and likely part of a phishing scam.

Please be cautious and do not click on any links or open attachments in emails that seem suspicious. If you receive an email claiming to be from 1-Grid that looks unusual, please verify the sender's email address or contact us.

We are actively investigating this matter and working to prevent further incidents. Your security is our top priority, and we recommend keeping your systems and security protocols up to date.
